Cancellation Policy

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Color Me Wild ("Provider") and the Client ("Client") for professional body painting services. 1. EVENT DETAILS Date of Event: ___________________________ Client Name: ___________________________ Client Contact: ___________________________ Services Provided: Custom body painting using water-based, alcohol-based, or oil-based paints. The artwork is temporary and lasts several hours. Fee Structure: Simple Style (15 - 30 min): $20 per 15 min Medium Style (30 - 60 min): $50 per 30 min Complex Style (60 - 240 min): $150 per 60 min Very Complex Style (90 - 240 min): $200 per 90 min 2. BOOKING POLICY 2.1 A $50 non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure a booking. This amount applies to the final cost. 2.2 Bookings are confirmed once the reservation fee is received. 3. PAYMENT POLICY 3.1 The remaining balance is due at the end of the event. Accepted payment methods: Cash, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle. 3.2 If additional time is required beyond the initial estimate, the Client agrees to pay for the additional time based on the agreed hourly rate. 4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY 4.1 Client Cancellations: 48+ hours before the event: The reservation fee may be applied to a future booking within 30 days. Less than 48 hours before the event: The reservation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. 4.2 Provider Cancellations: If the Provider cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, the Client will receive a full refund of the reservation fee or the option to reschedule. 5. WAITLIST POLICY 5.1 If a requested time slot is unavailable, the Client may join the waitlist. 5.2 If an opening becomes available, the Client will be contacted in the order they joined the waitlist. The Client must confirm within 12 hours or the slot will be offered to the next person. 6. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION 6.1 The Provider is not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. The Client must disclose any known allergies before the session. 6.2 The Provider is not liable for staining of clothing, property, or skin beyond expected wear. 6.3 The maximum liability of the Provider shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client. 7. GENERAL TERMS 7.1 Modifications: Changes to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. 7.2 Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Texas. 7.3 Severability: If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining terms shall remain in full e
